Returns & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for store credit  in the form of a MommaBabyGear E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire!

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or to receive store credit the following is required:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be received in new condition: unused, unworn, unwashed. Items returned with obvious use will be subject to refusal
  • Due to hygiene concerns, products that have an intimate use cannot be returned.

Products that do not meet these criteria may not be considered for return.
Please return your item in a trackable package and allow 5-7 business days for your return to be inspected and processed.

Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.

Store Credit

  • Store credit can only be used at mommababygear.com
  • Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Please treat store credit like cash.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store credit never expires.
  • Your use of store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
  • You can view your store credit balance by logging into your MommaBabyGear account.

Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you received a defective, expired or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@mommababygear.com and send us clear pictures as proof.

Return the damaged item, and we will issue you store credit via E-Gift Card and you can repurchase the item if desired. Once we receive your package, we will email you with a store credit code in the form of an E-Gift Card in the amount of your damaged item, plus the cost of shipping the return up to a maximum of $10.00 USD.

Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault. You have 7 days after receipt of your purchase to report any product defect.
